HIRE CHARGES FOR BISHOP'S CLEEVE VILLAGE HALL 

Fee as agreed by the Trustees November 2007 (The Trustees have now agreed revised fees for 2009 shown in brackets)

Charges Effective for bookings from 1st January 2008 (Revised charges effective for bookings from 1st January 2009)

NOTE:- IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN AGREED CONTRACT FOR A BOOKING IN 2009 THE CONTRACT FEES WILL STAND, BUT ANY BOOKINGS FOR 2009 MADE FROM NOW ON (5th November 2008) WILL BE CHARGED AT THE 2009 RATE.

Please note that for all bookings we ask for a £75 returnable deposit to confirm your booking. This in addition to the fee. The deposit will be returned to you after the event provided we do not incur any untoward charges due to your hire, such as for damage to the Barn or if it is left in an excessively dirty state . The level of the deposit was set at the insurance excess we were subject to some years ago.

The WHOLE BARN

Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays

£20 (£22) per hour from 10am to 5pm and £40 (£45) per hour from 5pm to midnight

Maximum fee £375 (£410) from 10am to midnight

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

£20 (£22) per hour from 10am to midnight with a minimum hire of 2 hours and a maximum fee of £200 (£220)

NOTES:

The MAIN HALL only

Friday Saturday

£11.25 (£12) per hour from 10am to 5pm and £30 (£35) per hour from 5pm to midnight

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

£11.25 (£12) per hour from 10am to midnight - Regular hirers £10 (£10.50) per hour

NOTES:

The MEETING ROOM (Room 4)

Any day any time £5.75 (£6) per hour, Regular hirers £5.25 (£5.50) per hour

The LONG ROOM (Room 5)

Any day any time £4.75 (£5) per hour, Regular hirers £4.25 (£4.50) per hour

 

For first time regular hirers we offer a 10% discount for the first three months till you get established

 

NB: These prices will be revised with effect from January 2010, however, bookings made in 2009 for a date in 2010, with and agreed contract in place, will be at 2009 prices.
