Hire Fees

Wedding Package

Includes full use of the whole Barn from Friday 4pm until Sunday 12 midday

A deposit of £250 is required for all Wedding bookings.

Calendar year 2024 - £1900

Calendar year 2025 - £2000

Calendar year 2026 - £2100

Prices will be held for Wedding Packages once the deposit is received and the booking form has been signed

 

The Whole Barn

Saturday and Bank Holidays

£70 per hour from 9am to 7pm                                                            

£120 per hour from 7pm to midnight                                                    

Sunday to Friday

£70 per hour from 9am to midnight                                                      

 

The Main Hall including use of the kitchen

Saturday and Bank Holidays

£40 per hour from 9am to 7pm                                                            

£70 per hour from 7pm to midnight                                                      

Sunday to Friday

£35 per hour from 9am to midnight      

 

The Committee Room including use of the ground floor kitchen

Any Day Of The Week

£10 per hour from 9am to midnight

 

All Other Rooms including use of a kitchen

Any Day Of The Week (per room)

£20 per hour from 9am to midnight      

 

Reduced fees for Regular Hirers are available                                   

 

NOTES

  • The hiring period booked must include preparation and clearing up time.
  • The latest start time is 7pm.
  • The minimum hire for any room after 7pm is 2 hours.
  • A fully licenced bar is available but must be requested at the time of booking.
  • Our licence does not permit alcohol to be brought on to the premises for consumption or sale.
  • Deposits will be refunded after inspection for any damages and if terms and conditions are met.
  • All hirings include use of the car park during the hire period.

The Trustees reserve the right to refuse bookings on a case by case basis

Bookings more than six months in advance will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of payment.

 

PAYMENT

  • All fees are payable in advance (see the Conditions of Hire for more details). The payment of the deposit (and fee for late bookings) will confirm the booking. The deposit will be held in our bank account (cheques will be cashed).
  • For bookings on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or any day over four hours the deposit is £100. For all other bookings the deposit is £50.  The deposit will be returned after the event, provided we do not incur any damage to the premises and gardens, or contravention of the conditions of hire. We reserve the right to raise a charge if it is left in an excessively dirty state. 

Payment can be made by cheque made payable to 'Bishop's Cleeve Village Hall’ or by BACS.
